How Property Inspections Work

Property inspections at least twice during each tenancy

Preferably at the beginning, middle and end of the contract

Tenants get at least 24 hours' notice before an inspection

Unless there is an emergency situation that requires immediate access

All Inspections are documented with photos and notes

compared with the previous inspection report and inventory

Faults recorded, including signs of wear and tear, damage, mould etc

Communicate with tenants to discuss any potential concerns

Report submitted to the Landlord with recommendations
